    VisionTrack is expanding! We are looking to hire a Support Technician to configure a range of DVRs and Dash-Cam devices that utilise cloud-based telematics tracking software. The role has picking elements, some engagement with customers but mostly technical in relation to hardware/software. You will be working within the VisionTrack Support Team to provide first class service to new and existing customers.




    Key Responsibilities

    • Setting up/Configuring a range of devices
    • Recording device information onto a web application
    • Creating logins for new fleets/customers to give access to our telematics tracking software
    • Troubleshoot any devices/software issues
    • Picking/Packing orders accurately
    • Opportunities to travel out to a customer to provide support face-to-face


    Key Experience 

    • Technical background (hardware, software etc.) with an interest in new technologies
    • Customer Service
    • Stockroom/Warehousing (organised stock in a retail environment)
    • Understanding of MS Office
    • Detail-specific roles (looking for small patterns to discover errors)
